Shipping policy

Update: Clickety Split has partnered with DHL Express to send packages internationally.  We are still working through the process details; however, please contact us for further information on how we can ship to you.

For Canadian visitors, when you place your order, you can choose from a few shipping options. You'll see estimated delivery prices based on your shipping location. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are shipped to you once all items related to your order are in stock.

In cases where you'd like your in-stock items to be shipped separate from your pre-order items, please consider placing separate orders.

Orders within Canada

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post mail services (Expedited Parcel, Priority, or Xpresspost) with tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance for up to $100.

We try our best to bring your order to the post office the same business day.  Typically, Canada Post gathers packages from our local post office at 4pm MST.  If you place your order before Noon MST, Monday through Friday, we can typically have your package in the delivery system before the 4pm MST pickup time.

We've learned that weekends do not have scheduled pickups, and any orders that are dropped off are not picked up until the next business day—please keep this in mind for weekend orders.

During seasonal time periods please allow 1-2 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.

Lettermail Option

There are items which qualify for Lettermail (uninsured), or Registered Lettermail (tracked and insured for $100). 

Items shipped via lettermail are uninsured and untraceable, therefore ineligible for warranty, and refund.  The reason for this is that they are shipped in either a regular paper envelope or bubble envelop and we are unable to guarantee the travel conditions and protection of the package contents.

Please contact us if you would like to consider different shipping options than what is currently provided.  A separate process is used to obtain a shipping quote, and invoice for alternate shipping.

International Orders, including the United States of America

Shipping Timelines

The shipping times listed in this policy are estimates. Clickety Split is unable to guarantee that you will receive your package within the estimated time.

Rejection or Failure to Collect

If you reject or fail to collect your package in time, you will be held responsible for any fees, including but not limited to the return shipping and handling fees. These fees will be withheld from a refund, if applicable, and you may also be requested to pay for additional fees to have a returned package be reshipped to you.
