Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return by contacting us with reference to your order number. Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in other words, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-refundable Items
Shipping or courier fees for the return are non-refundable. This means that you are responsible for return shipping fees with appropriate insurance.
Customs fees which may have been charged are non-refundable. And, any customs fees which may be charged during the return of your package are also non-refundable; they will be deducted from the refund amount.
Certain types of items cannot be returned; items like custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Partial Refunds
With authorized returns, if items are missing or damaged, a partial refund may apply.
There may be particular situations when partial refunds are permitted; these situations are evaluated case by case.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Doing so will give us the opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You may initiate a return by contacting us with reference to your order number. If your return is authorized, we will send you instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Please note: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
